
Concept
This project works on the thematics of exhibition design.
Our project is based on research connected with the brand image and the product.

The idea was to renovate the entire corporate museum without changing the historical structure. We tried to create a new way to visit the exhibition and to live it. The project is built on two important guidelines: art and science.

Exhibition
The museum itinerary is chronologic. Step by step the visitors discovers the entire Kartell world decade by decade. Furthermore, in each decade room, the visitor is connected to the product by two experiences: the science involvement and the artistic installation.

Didactics
The museum is also designed for a family experience.
Kids can discover the exhibition through two different itineraries based on their ages.

Bookshop
Besides, with our project we offer a space that wasn’t foreseen in the original museum. In the bookshop it's possible to buy gifts, Kartell products and books.


Lounge Bar
The lounge bar area is full immersed in the vegetation. The garden comes into the museum creating a completely relaxed atmosphere.
