90's

In 90's a new chapter of Kartell opens up, based on numerous collaboration with the major international designers as Philippe Starck, Antonio Citterio, Vico Magistretti, Ron Arad and Ferruccio Laviani. The Kartell Museo borned in those years.

The main objective is to describe the object without showing it but only through video support. The exhibition tells the product by designer's interviews and advertising campaigns.

00's

The Kartell Museo achieved the Guggenheim Impresa & Cultura Prize as the best corporate museum. The company increased the experimentation on surfaces and realized texturized products.

The main objective is to highlight the technical construction of objects. Thanks to a transparent methacrylate thickness that sections the products vertically, the visitor can observe them from the inside.

The Masters chair designed by Philippe Starck and Eugeni Quitllet borned from the merger of three famous chairs. The project has won the Good Design Award in the 2010 and the Red Dot Design Award in the 2013.

The main objective is to stage the objects in various settings, both domestic and fantastic, trying to instill different feelings through the surprise effect of the sliding curtains.
