The Palace Restaurant hosts three different restaurants for three targeted menus according to the macro-restaurant trend that can be found all around the world.

The Palace Restaurant is a connected and semi open space area that enhance Italian food taste. All spaces are connected for the style and materials, that describes in an elegant and eclectic way the entire space. All the restaurants, Opificio, Pescheria and Osteria are studied from the design to the menu to expand the Italian food all around the world with The Concept Palace.
L'osteria
The Osteria renews in a modern key the traditional Italian osteria. It serves traditional meals in a sophisticated way without forget the simplicity and sociability of the tradition.
The peculiarity is the unique 26 guest table that permit exchange among strangers. The Osteria overlooks Piazza Gae Aulenti with an amazing terrace all along.
La pescheria
The Pescheria is a total fish food restaurant, the menu is fish based and the look and design are created to recall the sea in a sober, minimal and elegant way.
L'opificio
The space is more dislocated from the rest of the open space, the Opificio create a privacy space, elegance, sophistication and lightness. This restaurant is made to live a food and full senses experience.
